In 1999 I decided to go to Germany, to see where my father came from. I immediately got connected both musically and socially with friends, so I decided to stay. With today’s state of globalization it didn’t really seem to matter where I lived, you face the same enemies and difficulties all over the world, be it in Africa or Europe.

I was working with a producer called Chestnut and his manager who also happens to be the radio promoter for the „Sons of Mannheim“ stopped by at one of the sessions with him and heard what I was doing. She remembered that the Söhne were looking for a new Rapper after Jah MC had left the band. So she arranged for me to meet with Billy in his studio, almost like an audition – he liked my work, so he introduced me to Michael Herberger and Xavier, then he recorded my parts for the ZION album. After I was on the recording it was clear that I would go on tour with them....
